Unlike cotton wicks, wooden wicks require a bit more care. To keep a nice flame on a wooden wick you must pinch off about half of the burnt wick with your fingers (or wick trimmer) before re-lighting. Wooden wicks like to be short and freshly trimmed!

With warm weather comes the chance for candles to melt in transit. Please consider shipping to a PO Box or an address in which you will be able to remove your order from the mailbox immediately. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, shower oils soaps and lotions, cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to LESOJO within 7 days of delivery. You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
